Return and Refund Policy

Conditions and Time frame for placing a request :

ARULATA ENTERPRISES believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a
liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
    However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the
    vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • ARULATA ENTERPRISES does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers,
    eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of
    product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team.
    The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his
    own end. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the
    product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of
    our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after
    looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer
    the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the ARULATA ENTERPRISES, it’ll take 1-2
    Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

1. Conditions :

a. ) Product is received in damaged condition or mismatches / is different from the product ordered.

b. ) Product or part of the order/accessories are missing.

2. Time frame:

Request should be within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the Product.

All our products are made out of natural materials and hence the size, color, the shape may vary from product to product. No return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted for the above reasons.

Replacement Policy :

Request for replacement or refund of the Products will be processed only if:

  • The request is accompanied by the order number, photographic proof that the delivered Product is damaged or missing, or mismatched (“Defective Product”); and
  • The Product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, and any/ all accessories therein) and without any damages.
  • A product that is replaced once earlier, shall not be eligible for any further replacement.
  • Refund will be initiated only upon receipt of the Defective Product by the Company or upon confirmation of non-delivery by the Company.
  • All refunds will be made to the customers’ original payment method.
